Burying beetle - Nicrophorus investigator

Burying beetle - Nicrophorus investigator

These burying beetles are regular visitors to my moth trap in the summer - and they don't half stink when disturbed!

They are commonly covered in mites, which are hitching a ride ("phoresy").

I think I've got the right ID.
